I paid extra to get the breast of chicken, which was well worth the money. There was an option to add curry sauce which I found odd. If I wanted a curry I would order one. The only thing missing from the dish was a light gravy sauce. It was pretty dry, although the chicken and rice were delicious, but, sorry, too dry. Other restaurants put gravy on top as part of the dish. Hopefully Kwang Tung will add a little light gravy to this dish, then it would be perfect :-)
